My final research paper game plan
During the next two weeks I need to work on finishing the last few pages of my paper. I also need to carefully review my paper by making sure that I have everything cited the right way. I need to check for minor writing errors that I seem to always make when writing. I also need to make sure that I incorporate quote sandwiches in my paragraphs. Lastly, I need to make sure I reach my goal of at least 4-5 pages.

Are Hollywood Films Realistic?
When it comes to Hollywood movies I believe that they do not get all the facts right when they make a movie based on true events. I think that they do know exactly what happens in the true evens but they choose to tweak it so it can appeal more to the audience. I typically do research when i see that a movie is based on true events and sometimes find out that a lot of the stuff in the movies either didn't happen or they've changed it around.

My research Topic
The research topic I chose is Portraying Human Clones in Film. As my main resource I plan on using the movie The Island. I am interested in this topic because I would like to be able to look into how
far along humans are when it comes to human clones. I would also then like to be able to
compare the information found to how advanced clones are in the movies. I think this movie
is a good resource because the clones that are portrayed in the movie
are amazing. The clones are suppose to be complete counterparts to the
real humans to the point that the clones are being used for organ
harvesting.

Welcome to my Blog
Welcome to my blog!!!My name is Gail Diaz and I am 23 years old. I was born in Manhattan, New York but my family is from Colombia. I am currently attending LaGuardia Community College. My major is Liberal Arts: Deaf Studies. Upon graduation I plan on transferring to Lehman College so I can obtain a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology. I am also interested in getting my certificate in Sign Language interpretation. Once I have recieved my degrees I hope to work in the Deaf Community as a Speech Pathologist.
I have a very varied taste when it comes to films. Lately I have been seeing more action movies than anything else but my all time favorite movie is A Knights Tale. When it comes to books I hardly ever read, so it would be hard to pick a favorite genre. From all the books I have read I think I can say that the one that I had most interest in was A child called "It" by Dave Pelter.
I think that now a days most people are optimistic about technology. People believe that technology is the future, I on the other hand disagree. I view myself pessimistic when it comes to technology. I feel that the more technology advances the more humans get lazy. I believe that soon there is gonna be some form of technology with the ability to do everything a human does, then what? If technology does all the work for us what purpose are humans going to have. I feel that people rely on technology too much to the point that if one day all technology was to be wipped out, humanity would not know how to survive with the absence of technology.
